When you send stuff to China in advance, you should provide following info to whole shipment
- name of the equipment
- what’s the material
- what is used for
- how long it will stay in China
- where it goes (destination see my comment at upd. #14)
Customs clearance costs are on F3B WC organizer site.
Maybe my note; make similar list of staff (I don’t think so some really detailed list is necessary, just some easy understandable logical parts) going with you personally, Yiwen will translate it also to Chinese, will retype it to official ASFC letterhead, scan it and email it to you. You can present it at customs if requested.
Hotel confirmation letter will come by return.
